It’s often mentioned in metaphysical literature that we come from the Light, that we are Light Beings, and that some of us are “Light Workers.”
Such terms are readily accepted in the Body/Mind/Spirit fraternity. “The Light” is often equated with the light of God, or seen as the blinding light, often at the end of a tunnel in recalled Near Death Experiences (NDEs). We are portrayed as Light Beings because we are beginning to understand that everyone of us, every living thing, is a unique, individualized, reflection of the light of God—now seen by science as the light at the Source of Consciousness. Light Workers are essentially those that recognize this premise—that we are formed from the Light at Source—and choose to make others aware, through word and deed, of this fundamental aspect of our Being.
As I mentioned in my previous blog post, It’s All About Frequency, “color is a vibrational constant within the expressions of Consciousness.”
This means, that as we are each a unique expression of Consciousness, color is a constant aspect of our Being. We are each a conduit, channeling the Light at the Source of our Being.
As a one-off, sole (soul) expression of Consciousness, it is color frequencies that help describe our individuality. Similar to each snowflake having its own six-fold geometric symmetry, we too have a color frequency at the heart of our existence. In the physical world, our color frequency can only be interpreted through the confines of the electromagnetic spectrum of light—and that interpretation is further confined to visible light and its rainbow colors.

Whereas early physicians and astronomer/physicists worked with and studied the science of light, there were others, such as Hippocrates, Plato, Von Peczely, Shakespeare, and Descartes, who not only saw the importance of light, but also described the eyes as the bridge between the light of God and the spirit of humanity. They clearly recognized that the eyes, illuminating the body, mind, and spirit, represented a gateway into a person’s entire being.
If all this is true, how does knowing my color frequency help me in this crazy physical world?
Knowing your color frequency acts as your personal ‘rainbow bridge’ to the spiritual aspects that define your individuality and the importance of your individuality in the world at this crazy time. Your individualized consciousness is an important part in the collective expression of Human consciousness—and its expression in the universe of All That Is. You wouldn’t be here, you wouldn’t exist, if you were not an important piece in the puzzle of All That Is.
Knowing your color frequency is a first step in truly getting to know the grander picture of who you truly are and why you chose to be contributing to the expansion of human consciousness at this momentous time in our collective existence.
How your color frequency associates with the “Families of Consciousness,” described by several channeled sources, is another step in understanding the diversity of our spiritual roots and how they play their part in your expression in the physical world.

We are currently exploring the association between the Light Trigger colors and the colors of the Families of Consciousness. We believe there to be a definitive link between the two that validates the Light Trigger concept.
And I am in the process of writing a booklet on the Families of Consciousness that will be available in the summer. I will expand upon this in forthcoming Blog posts, but in the meantime, I would urge readers to explore the Light Trigger website and, when ready, submit your details to see if the time is right for you to become aware of your personal Light Trigger color frequency. At the very least, elevate your frequency by becoming a Free Subscriber.
