In my previous blog post (Begin to Bridge the Divide Between Your Physical Self and Your Spiritual Self) I left you with the tantalizing prospect of discovering your own vibrational frequency¹.
Through our understanding of the solfeggio frequencies and the work of people such as Jonathan Goldman and John Stuart Read (to name just two), we’re discovering the beneficial effects of sound frequencies on our physical systems. The effects range from balancing the mind (solfeggio 432 hz) and healing inflammation in the body, to stimulating the pineal gland and balancing the vagal nerve system.
Color frequencies also play an important part in the stimulation and balancing of our physiological and psychological being. But when it comes to color frequencies, metaphysical literature reveals that color is “a vibrational constant within the expressions of Consciousness.” In other words, color frequencies play a major role in defining the nature of our being—both in the physical and spiritual realms. And we are not talking in superficialities here, like the color of our skin.

Colors are a form of electromagnetic energy, and each color has its own wavelength and frequency. Color therapy is based on the idea that these wavelengths can have a physiological and psychological impact on our well-being. Research has shown that colors can influence our mood, emotions, and even our physical health.
Color is then, a fundamental aspect of your vibrational being. In trials before the launch of The Light Trigger™ (LT) we discovered a close association between a person’s dowsed LT color and the colors attributed to the “Families of Consciousness.”
The Families of Consciousness, first described in the Seth material (authored by Jane Roberts) and expanded upon in the Elias transcripts of Mary Ennis as well as other channeled sources, is used as a metaphor to help in our understanding of the varying expressions of intent² within human consciousness.
Essentially, intent, for us humans, is a driving force within each of us to pursue a certain path of action and exploration during our lifetime. Conforming to this path of exploration, as much as possible, activates one’s sense of purpose.
Human intentional pathways loosely observe nine distinguishable types³ of expression. They are differing developmental paths of activity peculiar to humankind, involved with spiritual growth, learning and the evolution of each individual along with humanity itself.
Before we enter the physical realm, we choose (in the spiritual realm of our being) to align ourselves with the frequency of (usually) one of the Families. Our lifetime’s overall experience will then contribute its learning to the expansion of our spiritual or “Essence Self.”
Although your personality encapsulates all types of intentional drives, it chooses to experience the physical dimension with particular expressions of intent to the fore.
We are currently exploring the association between the Light Trigger colors and the colors of the Families of Consciousness. We believe there to be a definitive link between the two that validates the Light Trigger concept.
And I am in the process of writing a booklet on the Families of Consciousness that will be available in the summer. I will expand upon this in forthcoming Blog posts, but in the meantime, I would urge readers to explore the Light Trigger website and, when ready, submit your details to see if the time is right for you to become aware of your personal Light Trigger color frequency. At the very least, elevate your frequency by becoming a Free Subscriber.

Endnotes:
¹ Your “vibrational frequency” or “vibrational signature” is the primal tone of your overall Self’s Identity that resides within your spiritual Essence. It is the energy frequency that stands you apart from all other expressions within All That Is.
² Intent is a directional force within and part of Consciousness powering learning and growth for It and all Its individuated forms of expression—such as yourself.
³ Nine paths of intent: Spiritualists; Innovators; Reformers; Exchangers; Artists; Healers; Imagers; Nurturers; Teachers.
