Since 2001, I have led Counselling for your Self, offering an “integral approach” that blends academic psychotherapy with alternative methods like Energy Psychology and guided meditation. After training with Dr. Brian Weiss in 2007, I incorporated Past Life Regression Therapy. However, my research with clients suggests that “Accessing Other Lives Therapy” might be a more accurate name for this approach.
