The Light Trigger™ works because it is accessing your own unique “vibrational frequency”.
Your vibrational frequency, or if you like, the energy signature that stands you apart from other expressions of Consciousness (other people) encompasses aspects of electromagnetism (electromagnetic waves) which makeup visible light.

This email also includes personalized instructions on how to visualize your color frequency—including how many minutes, how many times a day, and for how many days. The average visualization process, for example, is two minutes, twice a day, for two days, but this will vary for each person.
For future reference, you’ll also find a link to a printable PDF document with the full embedding instructions.
